Compelling video editing relies on precise pacing, multi-feed asset management, and the seamless integration of live technical execution across diverse digital formats. This showcase contains original music video production, commercial editing from raw dailies, and collaborative performance video synchronization for massive remote musical ensembles. Navigating complex workflows and live-streaming infrastructure, these projects balance distinct creative vision with absolute technical reliability when capturing unscripted visual content under tight deadlines.
Produced and edited an intense, high-energy music video utilizing raw field footage captured aboard the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN-69) during active carrier qualifications. This project seamlessly integrates aerial mobile phone footage captured by flight crews with my own tactical deck-operations and ship-systems documentation. Editorial execution focused entirely on rapid, rhythmic sync-cutting - precisely mapping high-speed aircraft maneuvers, catapult launches, and deck operations to the driving beat of the soundtrack to maximize visual momentum.

Served as producer, media manager, video synchronization lead, and co-editor for a multi-layered musical medley featuring remote performers from across the globe. Working as part of a four-person editorial team, my core responsibilities included managing the large-scale digital media asset pipeline and executing the primary technical synchronization of dozens of diverse video submissions to a rigid master click track. I additionally co-edited performance passages to maintain visual pacing and designed the final rolling credits sequence, demonstrating elite file management and smooth collaboration within a multi-editor creative workflow.

Transformed the whimsical, lighthearted French cinema classic Amélie into a tense psychological horror trailer through strategic editorial subversion and shot selection. By isolating, reordering, and juxtaposing specific scenes, the edit completely overrides the original narrative tone—utilizing slow visual pacing, jarring framing choices, and calculated visual rhythms to generate an atmosphere of dread. While supported by deep sound design, the core project demonstrates how deliberate editorial decisions can entirely recontextualize familiar imagery.
Tools: Ableton & Cubase (Audio Design), Cubase (Mixing), Adobe Premiere Pro (Video Editing)
Executed a complete dramatic scene edit from raw television dailies and script supervisor notes, requiring meticulous selection of optimal performances across multiple camera angles. The project demanded advanced technical synchronization to pair the best visual takes with the cleanest audio files—frequently pulled from entirely different takes—while manually smoothing inconsistent location audio levels to preserve flawless continuity. Additionally built a custom opening sequence from scratch, recreating the iconic television franchise logo animation.

Client-style commercial project combining provided B-roll footage, voiceover, music, and logo assets. Focused on precise rhythmic editing, carefully timing cuts to accent musical elements—particularly aligning visual transitions with the triangle chimes in the soundtrack. Demonstrates ability to work within client-provided assets while making creative editorial decisions that enhance the final product.

A small compilation of custom animated corner banners designed for a client to ensure his live stream viewers knew who was being featured during on-air breaks. The complete set of animated assets looped on the channel while the talent was away to keep the audience engaged and maintain a clean broadcast appearance.
A custom broadcast element designed to inject unexpected visual variety directly into a live feed. Utilizing chroma keying to extract a swimming whale from its original backdrop, I isolated the asset into a clean, looping animation with a transparent alpha channel. This element was configured to slide randomly across the main feed during client's broadcasts to surprise and engage live viewers.
